Auto Technician

Job description

Performs repair services and mechanical work in the service center to meet customer satisfaction and service sales targets. Executes repairs as per customer requests under the supervision of the Chief Technician within the promised delivery time and estimated cost. Conducts preliminary vehicle inspections using mechanical tools to assess damage. Participates in resolving high-technical issues such as NVH cases with Team Leaders. Carries out after-sales responsibilities ensuring compliance with company policies through effective communication and supervision. Ensures a highly satisfied guest by applying a guest-centric mindset and monitoring service quality. Coordinates with the Job Controller to record repair data and update vehicle delivery status using computerized time control sheets. Receives technical bulletins and updates from the Team Leader to enhance technical skills and ensure smooth after-sales operations.
