Entry Technician

Job description

The Entry Technician works in the service center to provide repair services and mechanical tasks, achieving targets for customer satisfaction and service sales. Performs repairs according to customer requests under the close supervision of the Chief Technician within the promised delivery time and cost. Conducts preliminary vehicle inspection using mechanical tools to assess damage. Participates in solving high‑technical issues such as NVH cases with Team Leaders. Executes after‑sales responsibilities according to company policies through effective communication with the Team Leader. Ensures a guest‑centric approach to deliver high‑quality after‑sales activities. Coordinates with the Job Controller to record repair data and update vehicle delivery status using computerized time sheets. Receives technical bulletins and updates from the Team Leader to enhance technical skills and ensure smooth after‑sales operations.

Requirements

• Minimum High School or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years experience in Service
• Proficient in time management
• Proficient in active learning
• Proficient in stress tolerance
• Proficient in achievement/effort
• Proficient in problem sensitivity
• Proficient in deductive reasoning
• Proficient in inductive reasoning
• Proficient in interpersonal relationship
• Proficient in after sales related skills
• Proficient with Pro-Technician certification
