You will lead end‑to‑end delivery of traction power supply ensuring scalability and compliance with international standards. You will collaborate with engineering, procurement and construction teams to align milestones and optimise resource allocation. You will ensure system reliability through rigorous testing, validation and risk management using tools such as ETAP and SCADA. You will drive innovation by integrating energy‑efficient technologies and digital monitoring solutions. You will foster knowledge sharing and promote best practices in project management and technical excellence.

Requirements

• Proficiency in managing complex rail electrification or traction power projects using PMBOK or PRINCE2 frameworks
• Strong understanding of power distribution systems, substations and overhead catenary systems
• Experience with project planning tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholder expectations effectively
• Knowledge of safety, quality and environmental standards relevant to large‑scale infrastructure projects
