Job description

Your future role: Lead the Guideway and 3rd Rail maintenance team in Riyadh to maintain asset lifecycle performance, infrastructure condition, and operational readiness. Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate and lead maintenance teams for preventive, corrective and emergency tasks; implement worksite safety standards, electrical isolation and LOTO procedures; monitor work execution and technical performance to ensure contractual, quality and safety compliance; track and evaluate maintenance KPIs using data-driven dashboards and regular reviews; provide onsite support for critical track issues to restore system availability; review operational risks, analyze asset health and degradation trends and apply optimized maintenance approaches; conduct performance checks to ensure calibration of critical equipment; periodically review spare parts and consumables to improve availability.

Requirements

• Develop and implement team competency development plans to enhance technical skills and promote continuous learning through trainings and technical knowledge refresh initiatives
• Proficient in Bachelor's degree in Railway Engineering, Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in track maintenance leadership role within Operations & Maintenance environment
• Strong knowledge of railway track maintenance standards, inspection regimes and asset management practices.
