Maintenance Operations & Work Package Coordinator

Job description

You will support the Sub System Manager (SSM) to ensure successful execution of the work package in ODYC. Daily tasks include collaborating with project, engineering and operations teams, developing and maintaining a mobilization plan, creating and monitoring KPIs, tracking action plan progress, providing regular status reports, managing petty cash for maintenance activities, leading weekly operation meetings and documenting minutes, and assisting maintenance teams with purchase requests and general requirements.
