RDC Operations Executive

Job description

We are looking for a team leader to operate UFG UTR operations in Saudi Arabia. The role includes managing daily UTR operations for a large facility or several small facilities, as well as overseeing warehouse operations to achieve customer-related goals while maintaining operational and quality objectives, ensuring safety and team morale. The role also includes managing team members' performance, developing training and development plans for selected employees, and working closely with stakeholders to continuously develop operations and achieve sustainable performance improvement.
