Job description

We are looking for a Technical Operations Expert to support rapidly growing, technology‑enabled operations. The role acts as a bridge between operations, product and engineering teams to ensure smooth launches, stable workflows and exceptional customer experience. Diagnose systemic issues and collaborate with engineering, product and operations teams. Conduct systematic testing, verify process accuracy and identify gaps before launch. Support data validation for operational workflows and customer promises. Coordinate cross‑functional efforts to ensure process readiness and successful launches.
