Job description

Manages control aspects during implementation of new systems or projects by coordinating critical activities to ensure smooth execution. Oversees monthly field closures for distribution centers and supports bad‑debt and legal status reviews. Supervises daily financial operations in dedicated centers in collaboration with sales teams to ensure operational excellence and go‑to‑market strategies. Supports I2C supply‑chain activities and ensures oversight of 3PL, 2PL, large distribution centers, warehouses and distributors. Conducts regular market visits, aging account reviews and evaluates CCPF requests to maintain healthy sales and effective financial performance. Reviews dashboards and key metrics to provide leadership with insights for informed decisions.

Requirements

• Proficient in cross‑functional coordination and financial planning team coordination
• proficient in financial modeling and analytical capabilities
• ability to work under pressure and demonstrate commitment to results
• preferred MBA, CPA, CIMA, CA, ACCA or equivalent
• 3-4 years experience in FMCG
