Company: the employer (RX) is the new national airline based in the Saudi capital, aiming to turn Saudi Arabia into a global aviation and trade hub with a digital airline connecting the Kingdom to over 100 destinations. Role: Lead the crew operations function 24/7 to ensure schedule stability despite disruptions. Oversee all activities of the crew control and operations center, ensure regulatory compliance, operational flexibility, and effective disruption management. Safeguard flight schedule integrity through data‑driven decisions, strong operational leadership, and close cross‑departmental collaboration. Direct immediate responses to IROPS, crew shortages, and operational disruptions.
