NST Instructor

Job description

The role involves delivering the Naval Specialty Training curriculum with a focus on Quartermaster elements. Supports invigilation for assessments, participates in remedial training, and writes assessment materials. Contributes to continuous improvement of courseware and media, and prepares trainee reports as required by the customer. Expected to uphold absolute integrity and professionalism, and to fulfill reasonable requests from the NST Management Team aligned with company business.

Requirements

• five (5) years practical experience in the specialty
• at least two (2) years relevant experience
• proficient in writing assessment materials
• proficient in preparing trainee reports
• knowledge of improving courseware and media
• experience with maintaining integrity and professionalism
