Senior Engineer

Job description

The role supports research, development, and implementation of speech‑based AI solutions. Key duties include administering and supporting SAP environments, monitoring system availability and performance, resolving incidents and technical issues, implementing approved change requests and enhancements, coordinating upgrades, patches, and migrations, developing and supporting SAP integrations, collaborating with functional teams to align SAP capabilities with business needs, supporting report development and data integrity, and maintaining system documentation and controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering or related field
• SAP professional certifications or relevant ERP certifications are an advantage
• 2–4 years of experience with SAP systems, ERP support, system integration, application support or related technology areas
