Job description

Job Overview: The role's purpose is to articulate its overall significance from the organization’s perspective. It exists to support the implementation, operation, integration, and maintenance of enterprise applications by performing application support activities, resolving technical issues, supporting system changes and testing, and maintaining application documentation. It contributes to the availability and reliability of corporate systems and supports the delivery of application solutions aligned with business requirements.

Requirements

• Support the collection and documentation of functional and technical requirements
• Assist in translating business requirements into system requirements
• Coordinate with business users to clarify application requirements when needed
• Perform system testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
• Document testing results, defects, and identified issues
• Support retesting and validation following issue resolution
• Support approved system changes, updates, and maintenance activities
• Assist in troubleshooting issues resulting from application changes
• Contribute to continuous improvement of application performance and usability
• Maintain documentation for systems, configurations, interfaces, and integrations
• Update technical and operational records following system changes
• Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, and procedures
• Comply with safety, quality, and environmental management policies
• Comply with information security practices and standards
• Proficient with support tools and technical documentation
• Experience of 0-2 years in application engineering, enterprise applications, software development, application support, or related technology areas
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field.
