Data Engineer

Job description

This role is responsible for maintaining and managing database objects across the entire organization, with a focus on data engineering. Key responsibilities: Manage SQL database objects. Participate hands-on in database tasks such as coding, peer reviews, and building automation tests. Work closely with the development manager to align internal development processes. Manage database permissions for the entire organization. Deploy database scripts and objects across multiple the employer stages, and perform predictive analytics at scale. Guide the Data Engineering team to produce high-quality code to support production solutions. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with various business functions and decision-makers. Investigate and propose initiatives that deliver positive financial and operational impact for the employer while mitigating associated risks. Assist in shaping the next generation of products and participate in defining solutions for complex challenges.
