As an A320 Captain, you are responsible for the command and operation of the aircraft, ensuring the highest standards of safety and professionalism. Key responsibilities include: Ensuring safe and efficient operation in accordance with GACA regulations and company policies; Exercising command authority over all flight operations and crew; Maintaining the highest standards of airmanship and decision-making; Ensuring strict compliance with operational and safety requirements; Leading the flight deck and cabin crew to deliver a positive customer experience; Monitoring weather and aircraft performance for sound decision-making; Promoting a robust safety culture by reporting all hazards or irregularities.

Requirements

• Experience with A320 aircraft operations
• Proficiency in GACA regulations and company policies
• Proven command authority and crew management skills
• Expertise in flight safety standards and operational compliance
• Ability to monitor and assess weather and performance conditions.
