Job description

The MCC Controller plays a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient daily aircraft operations. Key responsibilities include monitoring aircraft technical status, coordinating with field teams and engineers, and providing prompt solutions to technical issues to ensure flight safety and schedule adherence. This role serves as a critical link between maintenance and operational departments to minimize delays and enhance fleet performance. Tasks: Monitor the Aircraft Health Monitoring System (Skywise) to identify defects, raise Maintenance Action Requests for rectification, coordinate with MCC/Line Planning/Line Maintenance and contracted organizations, ensure availability of materials through AOG/Material Planning, coordinate with Engineering/OEM for technical instructions, and review all MEL/CDL, Time Limited Defects, and Deferred Defects daily.

Requirements

• Proficient in monitoring Aircraft Health Monitoring System (Skywise)
• Experience with troubleshooting and defect rectification
• Proficiency in coordinating with maintenance planning and OEM
• Experience with MEL/CDL and deferred defect management
• Location: Riyadh.
