Job description

This role is responsible for developing and implementing the Passenger Service System (PSS) and operational strategy for Adil Airline to ensure continuous innovation and growth across all system units while achieving 100% operational readiness and solving problems with precision and speed. Tasks include managing and monitoring the PSS platform to ensure highest performance and readiness, executing periodic system updates and correction activities, and managing access rights and roles in the New Skies system. It also involves monitoring overall system performance to ensure work efficiency, supporting schedules for new product and service implementation projects including routes and partner airlines, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures during planned and unplanned downtime periods. The role includes collaborating with internal departments to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA), defining commercial and operational departments on innovative technologies and providing recommendations to enhance the company's competitive advantage, and maximizing PSS utilization in alignment with business requirements for all stakeholders such as ground operations.

Requirements

• Experience managing airline booking systems or Passenger Service Systems such as New Skies
• Deep knowledge of Service Level Agreements (SLA) and technical support procedures
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
