Senior Ancillary Analyst

Job description

As a Senior Ancillary Analyst at the employer, you will play a key role in maximizing ancillary revenue by transforming financial and operational data into actionable insights. This role focuses on optimizing ancillary products, managing third-party partners, and supporting revenue growth through data-driven analysis, market intelligence, and continuous product performance monitoring. You will work closely with Commercial, Finance, IT, and external partners to ensure ancillary offerings are competitive, customer-centric, and fully optimized across all sales and distribution channels. Key Responsibilities: Support the maximization of the employer’s ancillary revenue performance across all product streams. Analyze financial and operational data to identify revenue opportunities, performance gaps, and optimization actions. Manage and maintain RFP processes for new ancillary product providers, ensuring alignment with airline governance and procurement standards. Monitor day-to-day performance of third-party ancillary providers, including revenue tracking, SLA compliance, and customer feedback. Prepare and present regular performance reports, combining data analysis with clear recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analysis or equivalent
• Previous experience in financial statement analysis or revenue management
• Proficiency in advanced analysis tools and spreadsheet programs
