Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Job description

The engineer designs, implements and optimizes a secure, scalable hybrid cloud architecture on the AWS platform while leading the delivery of technical solutions. Ensures adherence to Saudi cybersecurity standards, supports the integration of complex systems, and provides advanced troubleshooting solutions. Applies ITIL processes including preparing technical documentation, operating manuals, and disaster recovery and business continuity plans. Tasks include: Design a secure, highly available AWS architecture. Preparing technical design documents (HLD/LLD) and architectural drawings. Lead the implementation of AWS services in compute, storage, networking, security, and databases. Optimize cloud environments to ensure cost efficiency and reliability. Architecture of hybrid cloud environments. Implement secure connection solutions (VPN, Direct Connect, IPSec). Support enterprise systems integration. Integrating legacy systems with modern cloud platforms. Ensuring compliance with Saudi cybersecurity regulations (NCA ECC)

Requirements

• Proven experience in designing and implementing AWS and hybrid cloud environments
• proficient in technical design documentation (HLD/LLD)
• extensive knowledge of Saudi cyber security standards (NCA ECC)
• experience with system integration and secure connectivity solutions
• knowledge of ITIL methodologies
• ability to develop disaster recovery plans
