Job description

Responsible for daily management, achievement, and follow-up of warranty claims. The role ensures timely submission of claims, complete documentation, contractual compliance, and recovery of maximum warranty entitlements. Tasks include: identifying warranty opportunities, preparing and submitting warranty claims, coordinating with engineering and maintenance for technical records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• practical experience in warranty management or technical contracts
• analytical skills and ability to review technical reports
