Job description

This role supports the successful delivery of IT projects by enhancing alignment between stakeholders and coordinating day-to-day project activities to ensure requirements are development-ready. The role involves contributing to testing cycles and performing essential technical tasks to ensure efficient project deliverables. Main tasks:

Requirements

• Ensure all projects comply with Project Management Office (PMO) frameworks and maintain full documentation
• Conduct and monitor technical risk assessments and document remediation plans
• Ensure adherence to cybersecurity standards and policies and participate in change management processes
• Support the delivery of projects according to the Agile methodology by creating user stories
• Attending daily meetings
• Preparing project status reports
• Lead and document project meetings, track procedures, and ensure follow-up
• Preparing project documents such as workflows and diagrams
