Flight Safety Manager

Job description

The Flight Safety Manager oversees and enhances safety standards across Flight Operations, Cabin Crew, and the Integrated Operations Control Center (IOCC). The role ensures the effective implementation of the Safety Management System (SMS), conducts investigations, manages safety programs, and drives risk mitigation initiatives to maintain high safety standards and regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities include: developing and improving safety processes and procedures, overseeing the SMS implementation across Flight, Cabin, and IOCC, ensuring safety reports are risk-assessed with corrective actions, conducting risk assessments and trend analysis, leading safety investigations to identify root causes, reviewing and approving investigation reports, managing the Flight Data Analysis Program (FDAP), overseeing the Line Operations Safety Audit (LOSA) program, and monitoring safety performance indicators.
