Enterprise Risk Management Manager

Job description

This role is responsible for identifying, assessing, and evaluating potential risks that could impact the organization's operations, financial standing, or reputation, while developing and implementing strategies to mitigate these risks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Key Responsibilities: Ensure the employer's risk management policies and strategies comply with applicable regulations and industry standards; Develop Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) tools, practices, and frameworks aligned with organizational objectives; Conduct periodic reviews of risk management policies and framework elements; Facilitate risk assessments to identify and analyze potential risks within business units; Manage consolidated risk registers for the employer; Monitor and analyze risks within business units and report findings to relevant committees; Analyze key risk indicators and risk registers for insights; Analyze data to identify and escalate operational risks.

Requirements

• Proficiency in regulatory and industry standards
