Development Manager

Job description

This role leads strategic initiatives for route planning and improvement of the airline network. Responsibilities include: designing and implementing strategic plans for the network and business operations; developing revenue forecasts to support planning and scheduling decisions; managing the network planning budget and workforce; monitoring financial performance and reporting to senior management; identifying cost reduction opportunities; analyzing market and competitor trends; improving the route network for increased efficiency and profitability; creating flight schedules to ensure optimal resource utilization; conducting market research to identify new routes and assess expansion or withdrawal feasibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Real Estate Finance
• practical experience in development project management
• strong analytical and financial skills
