Crew Duty Manager

Job description

Responsible for leading and managing the human resources of aircraft and improving them in real-time to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient flight operations. Oversees crew duty supervisors, crew monitors, and crew logistics coordinators during work shifts and ensures the allocation of qualified crew in accordance with organizational requirements, company policies, operational procedures, and published work schedules. Plays a crucial role in managing operational disruptions, non-routine operations, crew recovery procedures, and making time-sensitive decisions while maintaining regulatory compliance and minimizing the impact on crew schedules and network performance.

Requirements

• Experience in leading and managing the human resources of aircraft and improving them in real-time
• experience in following the company's operating manual and crew monitoring procedures and applicable policies
• experience in managing crew-related operational disruptions
