Treasury Department Leader

Job description

The Treasury Lead is responsible for managing day-to-day treasury operations, liquidity, cash flow, trade finance, and financial risk management. The role ensures adequate liquidity is available to support operations, maintains strong banking relationships, and optimizes the use of cash and financing, while protecting financial assets and ensuring regulatory compliance and internal governance. The role works in close coordination with Finance, Accounting, Procurement and Banking partners to achieve operational excellence in treasury, support strategic finance initiatives, and advance processes through automation and best practices. Main tasks: Managing daily treasury operations including identifying cash positions, liquidity management, and cash flow forecasting. Develop and maintain short- and long-term cash flow forecasts to support decision making. Improve liquidity across multiple bank accounts, legal entities and currencies. Monitor and manage foreign exchange and interest rate risks. Ensure compliance with treasury policies, financial regulations and internal governance.
