Production Supervisor

Job description

Supervise daily production operations. Monitor production lines, machines and operational standards to meet targets and product quality according to technical specifications and customer requirements. Track raw material consumption, output, waste ratios and allocate workforce efficiently. Record and update production data, material usage, stoppages and output in the ERP system. Analyze key performance indicators and implement corrective actions to boost productivity and reduce waste. Coordinate with finance, maintenance, warehouse and planning departments and ensure compliance with safety procedures, cleanliness standards and production policies. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production reports for management
