About the employer: A leading enterprise AI company enabling informed decisions in financial crime prevention and enterprise knowledge intelligence. The Revenue Assurance Officer supports the accuracy and integrity of revenue operations by managing accounts receivable, supporting revenue recognition, preparing daily financial reports, and owning the end‑to‑end collection process. Works closely with Accounting, Sales, and RevOps to ensure invoices are issued accurately and on time, outstanding balances are managed, and revenue is recognized according to IFRS 15. The role involves direct customer interaction to manage collections and resolve payment issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2–3 years experience in Accounts Receivable, collections, or revenue accounting
• good understanding of revenue recognition and IFRS 15
• strong Excel and financial reporting skills
• experience with ERP or accounting systems
• excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
• SaaS or technology industry experience is an advantage
• knowledge of ZATCA and VAT regulations preferred
• polite, presentable, and professional when dealing with clients
• confident in handling client calls, meetings, and collection discussions
• proactive, persistent, results‑oriented, and detail‑oriented
• strong sense of ownership and accountability.
