Before applying

• The system reads the full job ad before calculating the match.
• Automatic checks every 6 hours confirm jobs are still open, and expired ones are closed.
• Duplicate ads and jobs outside Saudi Arabia are excluded.
• It never applies to an unverified employer email.

Quality of every application

• Each job gets a tailored CV copy and a matching cover letter, and your original CV stays saved.
• Tailoring relies only on what is in your CV and never adds experience or certificates you do not have.
• It never applies below the minimum match score you set.

After applying

• You get a private apply inbox, and real employer messages such as interview invitations or document requests are forwarded to your email instantly.
• Verification codes and automated messages are not forwarded, so your inbox stays clean.
• If an application fails, the system retries automatically within 24 hours.
• The log shows today's, this week's and total applications, and every job with its match score or skip reason, plus periodic reports.
