Field Machinery Maintenance Specialist

Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated Mechanical Machinery Specialist to join our team full‑time, permanent, remote, focusing on operations in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The role is critical for executing and overseeing overhaul of turbomachinery equipment (steam turbines, centrifugal compressors, pumps) during planned turnarounds and outages. The successful candidate will ensure maintenance and repair activities meet the highest quality and safety standards, supervise on‑site contractors, manage complex projects and be available for necessary site visits.

Requirements

• Saudi Nationality
• Diploma or vocational training certificate in a mechanical discipline (e.g., Mechanical Technology, Industrial Maintenance or equivalent)
• Fresh graduates with strong mechanical aptitude and relevant internships or foundational industrial maintenance experience are considered
• 1-3 years experience in maintenance, overhaul or repair of turbomachinery equipment
• solid understanding of mechanical principles, fault diagnostics and rotating equipment maintenance practices
• ability and willingness to learn to supervise and manage contractors and maintenance teams
• comprehensive knowledge of industrial safety standards and commitment to safe work practices
• excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• based in Saudi Arabia (preferably Dammam area) and willing to travel to site locations as required.
