Job description
The STEM Global Power+ Graduate Program at the employer launches on 1 November 2026 and offers a 18‑month rotational journey across three six‑month assignments. The first rotation is in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh, Dammam or Jeddah) with subsequent rotations potentially abroad. Responsibilities include quality engineering, software engineering, consulting, sales, manufacturing operations, project engineering, project management, R&D and more, focusing on innovation, customer focus, and promoting diversity and inclusion.
Requirements
- Saudi citizenship
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering STEM field such as electrical, mechanical, software, industrial or energy systems engineering
- experience of 0-2 years
- proficiency in English communication
- analytical ability to generate solutions
- quick learning and adaptability
- strong leadership potential and intercultural sensitivity
- strong desire to contribute to a sustainable energy future
