Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
• leadership experience in IT management, preferably in factories and industrial facilities
• hands‑on experience managing networks, technical infrastructure and servers
• familiarity with ERP systems, application management and integration with operational processes
• strong knowledge of information security, cybersecurity and data protection
• ability to develop technical plans and supervise digital transformation projects
• outstanding leadership skills in managing technical teams, assigning responsibilities and monitoring performance
• ability to manage technical projects, set priorities and ensure service continuity
• high analytical and managerial skills for diagnosing technical problems and making decisions
• ability to coordinate with various departments to align technical systems with business requirements
• fluent in spoken and written English
