Data Management and Governance Senior Consultant

Job description

the employer is seeking a Data Management and Governance Senior Consultant to work in Riyadh. Lead data management initiatives including data strategy, governance, data quality, master data, and metadata management. Conduct data maturity assessments and gap analyses against NDMO, NDI, and PDPL requirements. Develop data governance frameworks, policies, standards, and implementation roadmaps. Enable AI readiness and translate business requirements into data and AI use cases using tools such as Informatica. Prepare technical and financial proposals, support pre‑sales activities, and contribute to RFP responses. Develop consulting methodologies, review deliverables, and ensure quality standards. Lead and mentor consulting teams, providing technical guidance and knowledge transfer. Manage client relationships, project scope, risks, timelines, and budgets. Prepare progress reports and present recommendations to senior stakeholders

• CDMP certification
• PMP certification
