Installation & Delivery Specialist

Job description

We are the employer, a leading restaurant management ecosystem and payment tech provider. We seek a hands‑on problem‑solver who enjoys sharing knowledge and expertise. The role involves visiting customer sites to install the employer software, set up hardware, train users, and resolve issues on demand. Deliver world‑class service to new and existing clients, handle on‑site onboarding, installations, training, replacements, and support. Collaborate with other departments to address escalated tickets and meet SLA commitments.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Networking, Computer Information Systems or Computer Science
• 0-2 years of experience in IT or SaaS products
• proficient in English and Arabic
• knowledge of software, networking and POS systems
• ability to handle high volume of requests and calls
• flexible to work outside regular hours or on public holidays
• proficient with MS Office applications, especially Excel
• must have a valid driving license and own a car for business use
• strong problem‑solving skills
• knowledge of ERP or POS is a plus
• experience with escalation tickets and CRM is a plus
