Job description

Role of an Architectural Engineer at a construction company in Al Khobar within the engineering team. Execute and monitor architectural works on site. Prepare technical reports and progress reports. Prepare and review cost extracts and track quantities. Use engineering software to prepare and review execution drawings. Coordinate with work teams and contractors and monitor execution quality according to approved drawings and specifications

Requirements

• 8 to 14 years of experience
• practical experience in executing and monitoring architectural works on site
• proficiency in preparing technical reports and progress reports
• experience in preparing and reviewing cost extracts and tracking quantities
• proficiency in using engineering software for execution and reviewing execution drawings
• ability to coordinate with work teams and contractors and monitor execution quality according to drawings and specifications
