Sales Manager

Job description

Supervises the sales department, develops strategies, and develops sales channels to achieve goals. Participates in preparing key objectives and operational plans. A general overview of the profession: Participate in preparing the main objectives and operational plans for sales, directly supervising the activities of managing, planning and organizing sales activities for goods and services in accordance with the approved operational plans, following up on all operations and services provided in the areas of sales management and planning, studying and determining methods and places of sale, and preparing sales reports and levels. Regular tasks for this profession: • Participate in preparing objectives, operational plans, and executive programs for sales businesses and activities, ensuring their successful implementation, and ensuring compliance with all approved policies and procedures. • Supervising all daily work and activities of sales work and ensuring that selling prices are controlled, and monitoring sales movement and sales levels for various products, goods and services compared to financial plans and expectations. • Ensuring effective coordination and communication with business partners, ensuring the building of a broad base of clients and customers, and continuous communication with them to learn about any observations they have about sales methods, prices, and competitive offers, and submit reports and recommendations to senior management in this regard. • Follow up and direct the processes of preparing reports and technical analyzes of sales activities in previous years, review and present them to senior management, and inform them of technical proposals and recommendations based on these analyzes and studies. • Supervising the work of sales staff, directing them towards the best selling methods and practices, and ensuring their understanding of the specifications and characteristics of the products For services, following up and evaluating their performance and ensuring the availability of all resources, materials and technologies necessary to carry out sales work and activities
