Job description

Writing job advertisement texts and using appropriate recruitment channels; building a professional network in Zwolle, Groningen, and Enschede; meeting with major accounts such as Nationale‑Nederlanden, CBR, RDW, Twentse Overheid, and BFT; providing client consultations; tracking candidates from start to hire; and being present on‑site at least 80% of the time to strengthen relationships and achieve optimal results in the region
