The tasks include continuously monitoring recruitment needs and vacancies, searching for suitable candidates and communicating with them, coordinating interviews and following up on candidates during the recruitment process, updating candidate data and sharing recruitment updates with the team, and taking care of the candidate's journey until hiring.

Requirements

• 1 year or less of experience in recruitment or human resources
• good communication, organization, and follow-up skills
• enthusiasm for learning and working in a fast-paced and changing environment
