HSE Inspector - Scaffolding

Job description

Responsible for inspecting and ensuring scaffolding erection complies with international standards and project requirements. Provide training and coaching to supervisors and workers. Deploy the Culture program, facilitate meetings, conduct effectiveness assessments, and support subcontractors in culture improvement.

Requirements

• Degree in HSE, Engineering, Project Management, Psychology or related field
• Completed CISRS/ADNOC Approved Training Centre program
• Minimum 10 years experience
• Certified Scaffolding Inspector from ADNOC Approved Training Center or equivalent
• Knowledge of ADNOC Standards (HSE-OS-ST 16) and BS EN 12811 regulations
• Review scaffold design calculations and classify load
• Ensure only trained and certified scaffolders perform erection, modification, or dismantling
• Ability to communicate with all levels from management to workers
• Experience in field coaching and team facilitation.
