Also requires skills in Autonomous Maintenance, Performance Metrics, Machine Operation, Material Qualification, Product and Process Development, Sampling, Off-line Testing & Recording, Visual Testing, Internal Non-Conformity, Calibration, Reporting, Environmental Management, Occupational Health and Safety, Food Safety, Audits, and Project Management.

Requirements

• Ability to carry out destructive tests on RM, WIP and FG samples
• Ability to participate in proficiency tests, if qualified to do so
• Ability to conduct visual tests on containers and incoming material
• Ability to document the testing records
• Ability to generate a Draft Lab test report
• Ability to conduct self-assessment and other related gap assessments
• Ability to analyze the internal controls
