About the employer: the employer is Saudi Arabia's leading B2C marketplace for used electronics and used cars. In five years it has become a trusted platform for buyers and sellers across the Kingdom. Role: Lead the building, scaling, and continuous improvement of end‑to‑end operations for the electronics vertical, from inbound inventory and quality control to last‑mile delivery and customer fulfillment. You will set the operational tempo, define standards, and ensure execution. Responsibilities: design, launch and scale operational processes for electronics; establish SOPs, performance benchmarks and quality frameworks; oversee the full operational lifecycle including inventory, warehousing, inspection, dispatch and delivery; own the analytics layer, define KPIs, build dashboards and use data for problem‑solving and decision‑making; apply quantitative thinking to identify bottlenecks, forecast demand, optimise capacity and allocate resources; identify and integrate AI tools and automation to boost speed and accuracy; stay ahead of technology trends and bring them into the employer; champion modern tooling from warehouse management systems to AI‑assisted process design; manage multiple operational projects with clear plans, milestones and tracked progress; anticipate risks and prepare contingencies; drive alignment with Product, Tech, Commercial and CX teams; build, develop and lead an operations team with high standards, clear direction and accountability.

Requirements

• 4–5+ years progressive operations experience in e‑commerce, last‑mile delivery, logistics or similar high‑throughput environment
• demonstrated track record of building large‑scale operations from scratch or significantly scaling them
• fluency in Arabic
• strong English for cross‑functional and technical work
• familiarity with the Saudi market and its operational dynamics
• deeply quantitative mindset, comfortable using data to guide decisions and building/interpreting analytical models
• genuine excitement about AI, following developments and applying tools to operational challenges
• proficient with operational tooling and tech stacks relevant to e‑commerce and logistics
