Purpose of the job The Financial Controller is responsible for monitoring and auditing financial operations and spending procedures within the concerned entity. This includes verifying the compliance of financial documents with regulations and laws, and authorizing them for disbursement, in addition to accounting for spending violations and participating in investigation committees when necessary. The role contributes to preparing specialized reports and making recommendations to improve financial control. Main tasks and responsibilities: Monitoring and auditing financial operations and financial spending procedures in the concerned entity. Ensure the availability of allocations in the approved budget in the item related to the content of financial documents and the extent of their compliance with laws and regulations. Approval of documents for disbursement after verifying their compliance with financial and legal conditions. Preparing and submitting statements of spending violations with supporting evidence. Participation in investigation committees in cases of deficiency, embezzlement, or disputes regarding financial amounts owed. Preparing specialized documents and reports related to financial control, presenting them, clarifying them, and storing them in its database in accordance with the approved policies and procedures. Qualifications and Experience Practical experience ranging in the field of financial control or auditing. Good understanding of financial regulations and laws. Ability to analyze and verify financial documents. Required skills: Strong analytical skills Delicacy and accuracy in work. Ability to prepare specialized financial reports. Effective communication skills to deal with various parties. Commitment to professional and ethical standards. Work Environment This position is full time.
