About the role Saudi Smart Solutions Company is looking for an accountant to join its team. This role requires between two and five years of experience, and the incumbent will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations and ensuring the accuracy of accounting records. This position is full-time and requires a strong understanding of accounting principles. Main tasks and responsibilities: Preparing, organizing and documenting disbursement documents and following up on their auditing and approval by the approved regulatory authorities. Follow up on revenue collection, document it, and analyze it accurately. Preparing accounting entries and recording financial transactions in designated records. Auditing bank accounts and preparing the necessary reconciliations with the monthly reconciliation statements. Monitoring current and capital expenditures in accordance with the monthly financial position of budget items. Preparing the financial position and monthly summaries, in addition to organizing the annual final accounts. Preparing specialized documents and reports related to expenditures and revenues and storing them in the database. Required qualifications and experience Practical experience ranging from two to five years in the field of accounting. The ability to audit financial claims and ensure that their legal and financial conditions are complete. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards. Ability to prepare financial reports and documents accurately. Skills and Competencies Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage financial documents. Accuracy and attention to detail in all accounting tasks. The ability to develop accounting methods and procedures and keep pace with developments in the field. Good communication skills to deal with internal and external parties. Work environment: The accountant will work within a team at the company's headquarters.
