Job description

Responsible for dealing with customers and managing payment processes. Works on a fixed single-shift system in a supportive work environment with the opportunity to develop and gain experience. About this profession: A Customer Accountant in the Saudi labor market manages and monitors customer accounts, issues invoices, and collects payments in compliance with Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority regulations. They reconcile bank statements and resolve financial disputes with clients to ensure healthy cash flow for businesses. They work across various commercial and service sectors to provide regular reports on accounts receivable and payable balances. • Manage and monitor customer accounts and issue periodic invoices. • Collect payments and match receipts with account records. • Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies. • Settle financial disputes with customers and improve relations. • Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable and payable balances

Requirements

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• Skill: Knowledge of Saudi zakat, tax and customs regulations
