Job description

Ma'een Human Resources is looking for a Wholesale Sales Manager to join its team in Riyadh. Plans, directs and coordinates operations of the wholesale store with a focus on managing relationships with suppliers and retail traders. Oversees budget, staff and overall store performance. Manages daily store operations and ensures optimal resource allocation. Supervises staff planning and training to ensure efficient performance. Monitors inventory levels and ensures timely product ordering to avoid shortages. Oversees immediate handling of incoming products for storage or shelf display. Monitors store performance and analyzes budgets, sales and key performance indicators. Develops and implements promotional and advertising plans to drive commercial growth. Manages potential customer complaints and resolves disputes after escalation

Requirements

• 0 to 1 year experience in a related field
• ability to manage daily operational activities effectively
• strong inventory and supply chain management skills
• ability to analyze financial data and performance metrics
• excellent communication and relationship management skills with suppliers and customers
