Job description
Senior HSE Advisor providing strategic guidance for compliance, risk management, and HSE culture in Middle East projects. Communicates with regulatory bodies such as the Public Investment Fund (PIF) and the National Council for Occupational Safety and Health (NCOSH). Leads the development of HSE policies and procedures in line with Saudi Vision 2030 and international best practices. Conducts comprehensive investigations of major incidents and develops preventive strategies. Travels to project sites for inspections and administrative reviews. Coordinates with clients, contractors, and senior management to address HSE challenges and promote continuous improvement.
