Project Materials Procurement Manager (Mandarin & English)

Job description

The role focuses on supporting project purchasing and supplier coordination. Responsibilities: source, assess and manage suppliers of engineering and construction materials in Saudi Arabia; handle inquiries, compare quotations, conduct commercial negotiations, issue purchase orders and follow up deliveries; coordinate with project and engineering teams to meet technical, schedule and budget requirements; control procurement costs while maintaining quality and supply reliability

Requirements

• Chinese national, fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English
• Arabic is an advantage
• Proven experience procuring engineering or construction materials for projects in Saudi Arabia
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and an established supplier network
• Strong communication, coordination, negotiation and cost-control skills
