Legal Counsel (FMCG)

Job description

The role provides legal advisory across international markets to support business expansion. Advises on commercial transactions, strategic initiatives, and day‑to‑day activities. Drafts, reviews, negotiates and manages commercial agreements including customer, supplier, partnership and service contracts. Supports contract negotiations by identifying legal risks and recommending practical solutions aligned with business objectives. Identifies, assesses and mitigates legal risks related to transactions and operations. Ensures compliance with applicable laws, regulations, internal policies and corporate governance requirements across markets. Monitors regulatory developments and provides timely legal guidance to stakeholders

Requirements

• AWS Cloud
• 5+ years experience in corporate, commercial or transactional law
• Experience in international commercial transactions, contract negotiations and legal risk assessments
• Strong knowledge of commercial agreements, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, contract management and transaction structuring
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent
