Senior commercial contracts manager to work in the Riyadh region. Tasks include commercial contract management The contract manager is a professional responsible for drafting, reviewing and managing commercial and legal contracts to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He follows up on the implementation of the obligations of the contracting parties, manages risks, and resolves potential disputes to protect the interests of the facility. It also serves as a key liaison between the legal department, legislative teams and external parties
