Presales Engineer

Job description

the employer is hiring a Presales Engineer for Riyadh. The role blends technical expertise, solution design and customer engagement, supporting the full sales lifecycle from initial discussions to proofs of concept and delivery. Supports the Regional Sales Director in customer meetings, delivers technical presentations and workshops, answers technical questions, conducts discovery sessions, coordinates POC activities, configures and deploys the employer products for demos, acts as the primary technical contact for customers and partners, defines solution architecture and documentation, and works with Product Management to relay market feedback

Requirements

• proficient in applying unique expertise in biometrics and cryptography
• experience with biometrics, identity management, physical access control or security solutions
• native or fluent Arabic
• strong English communication skills
• 5+ years experience
