Job description

Oversee GIS substation EPC projects in the Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. Responsible for end‑to‑end project execution from engineering through commissioning and final handover, ensuring compliance with specifications, schedule, budget, quality and safety standards. Duties include leading execution, coordinating with clients, consultants, design teams, subcontractors and suppliers, managing schedules, budgets and progress reporting, ensuring compliance, supervising procurement and resource allocation, handling contractual and risk matters, conducting progress meetings, and managing energization and final close‑out

• Knowledge of Primavera P6
• project controls
• budgeting
• cost management
• 15+ years experience
• 7–10 years project management experience
• GIS substations up to 230 kV
• EPC power transmission projects
• experience with EPC contractors in Saudi Arabia or GCC
• strong leadership, client coordination, contractual and stakeholder management skills
